Team Spotlight: Adrian, Universal Banker at North Shore Trust & Savings

Since joining NSTS on April Fools’ Day in 2019, Adrian has brought serious dedication and a friendly touch to our banking team.

As a Universal Banker, Adrian ensures that every customer experience is smooth, accurate, and personal. Whether assisting with deposits, setting up digital banking services, or answering questions, Adrian takes the time to understand each customer’s needs. His goal is to make banking approachable and supportive, no matter someone’s background or financial situation. He’s proud to play a key role in our mission of Banking For Everyone—offering trusted service to individuals and families across our community.

“What I love most is building meaningful connections,” Adrian shares. “It’s rewarding to be someone our customers can rely on—whether they need help with something simple or are navigating a challenging situation.”

When he’s not helping customers, Adrian stays active with gym workouts and organized runs—from 5Ks to half marathons. He also enjoys traveling and discovering new restaurants in the city (bonus points if there’s great food involved!).
