Meet Alejandra, a dedicated member of the North Shore Trust & Savings team since 1999! As an Assistant Branch Manager, Alejandra brings over two decades of experience, compassion, and consistency to her role, supporting both customers and teammates with a smile and a solution.

Alejandra takes great pride in helping customers with their everyday banking needs. “I especially enjoy helping our customers. I feel customers know that looking out for their best interest is what we do best. It gives me great satisfaction to know that they trust me and my team,” shared Alejandra. 

Whether she’s opening accounts, walking customers through financial tools, or helping them find the right products to fit their goals, Alejandra approaches every task with care. She thrives on the variety and energy that comes with each day in retail banking and loves being part of a supportive team that feels like family, no matter what branch she’s working from.

When she’s not at work, family time is everything. Whether it’s a weekend gathering or a well-planned vacation, Alejandra treasures every minute spent with her loved ones. Just don’t expect her to take a sick day—she’s probably already packed for her next trip!
