What is an eStatement?
An eStatement is an online account statement delivery system that is a quicker alternative to receiving the traditional paper statement. An email notification is sent to you notifying you that your statement is available for viewing through Online Banking. By receiving an eStatement you have the flexibility to save your statement onto your computer electronically and print a copy at your convenience

When do I receive my eStatements?
North Shore Trust and Savings will send a notification your email address and deliver your account statement to North Shore Trust and Savings by the first business day following your statement cycle period.
*Does an eStatement have the same information as my paper statement? *
Yes. eStatements contain your monthly account history, just like your current paper statement, but with the convenience of electronic delivery.

Do I receive check images with my eStatement?
Yes. Your Check images can be included with your eStatement depending on your account product with us. If you are not receiving your images and would like to via eStatement, please contact your local banking center for assistance.

Can I still receive my paper statement?
No. At the time of your eStatement enrollment you elect to stop the delivery of your paper statement delivery.

How do I enroll in North Shore Trust and Savings eStatement?
You can enroll for eStatements by visiting the nearest North Shore Trust and Savings branch or click here to sign-up online.

What if I have difficulty viewing my eStatement?
There are no special system requirements for viewing eStatements. Contact your local banking center should you have any issues viewing your statements.

Can I save my Statements for archival and future reference?
Yes. Once you have the statement pulled up simply click File, then Save As. From there you will have a variety of options to save the document as a certain type, such as, html, txt, xls, etc. Statements remain in North Shore Trust and Savings for 1 year.
